‎When she came to me through a referral, one of the first things she said was:

‎“My daughter is not good at maths at all. I hope you’ll be patient with her.”

‎To be honest, I’ve heard this many times over the years.
‎
‎After teaching maths in the classroom for well over 10 years, I’ve worked with students who lacked confidence, struggled badly in maths, or even believed maths was too hard for them.
‎
‎I told her that she had nothing to worry about and I will help her daughter do better in maths.
‎
‎Today, her daughter is doing much better, enjoys maths lessons, and is more confident solving questions.
‎
‎That transformation is always beautiful to see and brings fulfillment to me as an educator.
‎
‎I know one-on-one maths lessons can be expensive for some parents, which is why I try to make my group maths classes as effective, engaging, and supportive as possible. But if you can afford my one-on-one maths lessons, I still have a few slots left.
