HOW TO PRICE YOUR DIGITAL CONTENT
So you’ve done your market research, you’ve designed something to solve a group of people’s problem. How do you put a price tag on it?
The mistake a lot of digital content creators make is *overpricing* their content because they feel hyped or they feel like the messiah solving problems people, most times this could scare prospects away.
Today I’ll be teaching you how to put a price tag on your product.
When pricing your digital content they’re some things you have to consider:
1: The financial status of your target audience - you cannot price your digital product for 50k and your target audience are unemployed people who basically don’t have anything doing, it doesn’t add up, you’ll find yourself complaining about poor sales often if you don’t consider the financial status of your prospects.
2. Cost of production- if it cost you 20k to make your digital content there’s no need charging 50k per sales, remember digital content are unlimited so there’s no need to rush out your profits
3. Mode of usage - if your digital content is on a monthly subscription fee, there’s no need charging too high like it’s a one time off fee, think long term.
Putting all these into consideration, you’ll be able to put a price tag on your digital content properly, got questions?
