COURSES WITHOUT TUTOR-MARKED ASSIGNMENTS (TMAs) – NOUN STUDENTS' GUIDE

Dear Students,

We have received numerous inquiries regarding NOUN courses that do not require Tutor-Marked Assignments (TMAs). To provide clarity, please take note of the following:

Courses Without TMA

Generally, the following categories of courses do not have TMAs:

* Practical Courses
* Project Courses
* Seminar Courses
* SIWES (Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme) Courses
* Industrial Training (IT) Courses
* Community Work Service (CWS) Courses

Some examples include:

* CIT104 – Practical Course (No TMA)
* MAC312 – (No TMA)
* MAC421 – (No TMA)
* GST302 – (No TMA)
* DES303 – Community Development Project (No TMA)
* All Project, Seminar, SIWES, IT, and CWS Courses – (No TMA)

Exceptions

Please note that not all practical courses are exempt from TMAs. The following practical courses do have TMAs:

* MTH101 – Has TMA
* MTH105 – Has TMA

Important Notice

If you log into your TMA portal and see the message "No question attached," do not panic immediately. First, confirm whether the course is a Practical, Project, Seminar, SIWES, IT, or CWS course. If it falls under any of these categories, the absence of TMA questions is normal.

..all about your well-being.
