JAMB has officially activated the Change of Institution/Course process for 2026 UTME candidates.

Candidates who wish to change their institution or course are advised to visit any accredited CBT centre to carry out the process.

Also, printing of the Original 2026 UTME Result Slip is expected to commence on Monday, 18th May 2026.

⚠️ Please avoid scammers and only use accredited CBT centres and official JAMB platforms.

*CUSTECH VC’s Cup Kicks Off with Exciting Opening Match*

The 4th edition of the VC’s Cup football competition officially kicked off on Monday, May 11th, 2026, at the Sports Complex of Confluence University of Science and Technology amidst excitement from students, staff and football lovers.

In his opening address, the Vice Chancellor, Engr. Prof. Abdulrahman Asipita Salawu, who was represented by the University Librarian, Mrs. Helen Osebequen Chris-Israel, expressed delight over the annual football competition and described sports as a vital tool for unity, friendship and healthy competition among students.

She urged players from the various departments and faculties to embrace the spirit of sportsmanship, stressing that every participant should see themselves as winners irrespective of the outcome of matches.

The opening game between the Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences and the Faculty of Computing ended in a goalless draw, with both teams displaying impressive performances before enthusiastic spectators.

The Vice Chancellor, Engr. Prof. Abdulrahman Asipita Salawu, later arrived at the Sports Complex towards the end of the second half of the match and presented the Man of the Match award to Mr. Emmanuel Augustine of the Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences for his outstanding performance.

The colourful opening ceremony attracted a large turnout of football enthusiasts and top management staff of the university including, the Provost, College of Basic Medical Sciences, Prof. Solomon Avidime; Director of Physical Planning and Development, Builder Ismail Adoke; Director of the University Clinic, Dr. Ibrahim Oniwon; Dean, Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences, Prof. Abdulkabir Raji, Dean Facultyof Computing; Dr. Suleiman Danuwa,Dean, Faculty of Agricultur, the Dean of Student Affairs, Engr. Dr. Shehu Shaib.

2026/2027 ADMISSION TIMELINE ANNOUNCED:

JAMB has released the official deadline for the 2026/2027 admission process across tertiary institutions:

▪️ Public/Federal Universities: 31st October 2026
▪️ Private/State Universities: 30th November 2026
▪️ Polytechnics & Colleges: 30th December 2026

Institutions are expected to conclude all admission processes within the approved timelines.

The waiting period to ACCEPT admission has now been reduced to *2 WEEKS* .

Any candidate who fails to accept the admission within the stipulated two weeks risks having the admission TERMINATED automatically.

Don’t lose your admission because of delay or negligence.

JAMB Cut-Off Marks for 2026/2027 Admissions

JAMB has released the cut-off marks now known as the Minimum Admissible Scores for admissions for the 2026/2027 academic session. The minimum scores into Universities is 150, Colleges of Nursing, 150, and Polytechnics, 100. Colleges of Education and Agriculture no longer require UTME. This means that candidates seeking admissions into Education Programs (NCE) and Agriculture (non-Engineering Courses) are now exempted from UTME...
