Today, August 8, 2026, The Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Daffodil International University, successfully organized an Industry Visit 2026 to Sarah Resort, Gazipur 2026 with the enthusiastic participation of THM 33 Batch.

The visit offered our students a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to resort operations, front office management, hospitality laws, hospitality services, guest management, and real-world industry practices. It was an inspiring journey of experiencing, learning, exploring, and growing together.

Special thanks to our Facilitator, Mr. Mahbub Parvez, Associate Professor, Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management, for his valuable guidance and support throughout the visit.

MoU Signing Ceremony Between Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel and Daffodil International University

A significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony was held between Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel and Daffodil International University, marking a new milestone in strengthening industry-academia collaboration.

The MoU was formally signed by Mr. Al-Amin, General Manager of Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel, and Professor Dr. Mohammad Rokibul Kabir, Dean, Faculty of Business & Entrepreneurship, Daffodil International University, in the presence of Dr. Indrajit Mallick, Head & Assistant Professor, Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management.
