📢 NOTICE OF SCREENING EXERCISE

For Returning and Newly Admitted Students

This is to inform the parents/guardians of all returning and newly admitted students of Galadeeyma Academy Kaugama that there will be a Screening Exercise as scheduled below:

🕢 Time: 7:30am – Closing Time
📍 Venue: School Premises

Screening Requirements

Students are expected to come with the following documents:

Returning Students:

Last term’s result slip

School fees payment receipt

School ID card

New Students:

Admission letter

Registration payment receipt

Birth certificate

Two recent passport-sized photographs

Important Notes

✅ Attendance is compulsory for all students.
✅ Parents/Guardians are advised to accompany both returning and new students.
✅ No student will be allowed into classes without successful screening.

GaladeeYma Academy Kaugama is a private educational institution located at Kaugama Old Shari’a Court, Jigawa State, Nigeria. It was founded in 2018 by Engr. Lawan Yusuf Kaugama, an Agricultural Engineer by profession, who was born on May 11, 1990.

The school was established to support the community and provide quality education for children and young learners in the area.
