YOUR SCHOOL DOESN’T NEED MORE RULES. IT NEEDS BETTER SYSTEMS.
Many school owners introduce rules whenever they notice a problem:
❌ Teachers come late → create another rule.
❌ Lesson notes are not prepared → create another rule.
❌ Parents complain → create another rule.
❌ Learners perform poorly → create another rule.
But rules alone do not solve problems.
A growing school needs clear systems.
For example:
📌 A clear staff resumption procedure
📌 A lesson preparation and supervision system
📌 A system for monitoring learners' progress
📌 A parent communication procedure
📌 A system for handling staff responsibilities
📌 Regular review and feedback
The goal is not to control everyone.
The goal is to make good performance easier and more consistent.
A strong school is not built by rules alone.
It is built by PEOPLE + SYSTEMS + ACCOUNTABILITY.
👉 School owners and heads: What is one system your school needs to improve before the new academic session?
