Management of hypertension patient;
Keywords to minimize the risks of hypertension

1)Eating a heart-healthy diet with less salt
2)Getting regular physical activity
Maintaining a healthy weight or losing weight if you're overweight or obese
3) Limiting the amount of alcohol you drink

About today program I.e (school feeding program) at dukawiyya model primary school, Kano with lecture on
1) personal hygiene (especially hand wishing behavior, keeping good environmental hygiene etc)
2) role of healthy diet to the children
