NOTICE ON COLLECTION OF ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE
The leadership of the above call on all it's members that have not collect their original Certificate and Academic Transcript that they should do so.

PROCEDURE FOR COLLECTION OF ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE

1. Members should proceed to Zenith Bank Wudil Branch and pay
(A)N4,000 for Undergraduate
(B)N8,000 for Post Graduate as Alumni fee into

2. Members are to write an application for collection of original certificate and to be submitted at the Acedamic Division office. In the application letter, you are expected to state clearly, your Department, Year of graduation and your UG number (Registration number).

3. Take the teller and make a photocopy of the teller and proceed to Bursary Department for exchange of University receipt.

4. Thereafter, you proceed again to Academic Division with your University Identity Card (ID Card) together with your payment receipt.

5.From there, your file will be taken to the office of the University Academic Secretary for approval and the file will be conveyed again to the office of the University Registrar for onward collection of your Certificate.

PROCEDURE FOR COLLECTION OF ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT

1. Members should pay N3,000 into

and proceed to the University Bursary Department for exchange of University receipt.

2. Members are to proceed to the University Academic Division and write an application letter for the collection of academic transcript.

3.Thereafter, The application will forwarded to your faculty and from your faculty to your department for onward processing. After the transcript is processed it will follow the same procedure from your department to your faculty and finally to the academic division where you will collect it.

NOTE:- We notice some of our members do come in a rush for their original certificate or transcript and in some cases they notice omission or incorrect spelling of their names so in case of the above or where a member certificate or transcript is not ready kindly please contact

*CALL FOR ARTICLE SUBMISSION FOR KUST, Wudil ALUMNI MAIDEN MAGAZINE*

Alumni Association of Kano University of Science & Technology, Wudil intends to publish its magazine which will be launched during its 10th Annual General Meeting (Monday, 27th December, 2021).

The Magazine Committee hereby calls for article contributions from the Alumni members, university community and the general public which is worthy of publication. Academic submissions that are enriching and meant for public consumption are welcomed from any discipline. Articles that are Socio-economic, Environmental, Religious and Entertaining (prose, poetry, jokes, etc) are also encouraged.
