In the hallowed halls of the NICE'SA Northwest Zone, a narrative unfolds—a tale of two exceptional leaders, Ibrahim Muhammad and Abdurrahman Abdulfatah, whose visionary journey has left an indelible mark on civil engineering education. This narrative is one of gratitude and appreciation, a tribute to the architects of change who dedicated themselves to serving not only the Civil Engineering family but humanity at large.
It all began with a shared dream—to create an environment conducive to learning for students across the Northwest Zone and, indeed, the entire nation. Muhammad and Abdulfatah, leaders of high esteem, embarked on a mission to bridge the gap between academia and industry, a task that required nothing short of visionary thinking.
Through the lens of dedication, they conceptualized a plan to realize their vision, tirelessly navigating through their busy schedules. The path they treaded was not without challenges, as storms, obstacles, and doubts cast shadows on their ambitious dream.
