On behalf of the newly elected excos and senators of Gwagwarwa students Association 2025 and the community in general we wish to extend our deepest appreciation to the Gwagwarwa students Association Electoral Committee (Elcom) and Judiciary Committee for their dedication, integrity, and tireless efforts in conducting a fair and credible election during our 2025 Election. Your unwavering commitment has ensured the success of this process and solidified the foundation of our union. Special Thanks Goes to Comrade Dalhat Nuruddeen Gwagwarwa The elcome chairman for implementing new system of online election.

I also express my heartfelt gratitude to the Gwasa Board of Trustees (B.O.T) for their steadfast guidance and support, which continue to inspire our collective growth and development.

UPDATE ON GWASA LEADERSHIP

Following the dissolution of the previous executive council, a Caretaker Committee has been appointed to manage the affairs of the Gwagwarwa Student Association (GWASA) until elections are held.

The Caretaker Committee comprises:

- Muzamil Abbas - President
- Nura Sa'id - Secretary General (former Senate President)
- Muhsin Musa Inuwa - Public Relations Officer (former PRO)

Ahmad A. Baba, the former President, has handed over the reins to the Caretaker Committee.

The ELCOM COMMITTEE will announce the sale of forms and details for the upcoming election in due course.

The Caretaker Committee is responsible for overseeing the association's affairs until the new executive council is elected.
