Through values-based leadership training, we are helping students build character, confidence, responsibility, and purpose for the future.

iLead is a values-based leadership development programme for young people. Inspired by the philosophies of Dr. John C Maxwell, we are raising a generation of young leaders who will lead change.

We would like to invite passionate volunteers, educators, mentors, and partners who desire to make a difference in the lives of young people to join us on this mission here in Kano state.

Today’s iLead session on ATTITUDE at GGSS DABO and GTC NASS was nothing short of powerful.

We explored a simple but life-shaping truth: your attitude determines your altitude. These young minds didn’t just listen—they reflected, questioned, and began to see how their choices, responses, and mindset shape their future as leaders.

Moments like this remind me why this work matters so deeply.

There’s a unique kind of fulfillment that comes from training the next generation of leaders—watching them grow in confidence, character, and clarity of purpose. It’s not just about teaching; it’s about planting seeds that will outlive us. It’s about raising young people who will lead with integrity, courage, and wisdom in a world that desperately needs them.

ILEAD EMPOWERING TEACHERS

📌 Last Friday, our team at Luminate 360 Edu held a one-day Training to train and re-train teachers on the implementation of iLead across selected Kano state public schools.

🎯 John Maxwell’s philosophy that transformation happens via round tables is built on the belief that sustainable change does not happen from the top down, but rather from the inside out through intentional, small-group, values-based conversations.
