Hon. Commissioner of Education, Professor Abubakar Sani Sambo has inaugurated the State Digitized National Education Management Information System (DNEMIS) Coordination Team.

DNEMIS is a transformative platform aimed at modernizing education data collection, management, and utilization across the country, introduced by the Federal Ministry of Education.

The newly inaugurated team will provide leadership and coordination for the collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of credible education data, particularly through the Annual School Census and other education management information activities.

The success of this initiative will enhance Kaduna State's ability to accurately identify gaps, track progress, attract investments, and improve educational outcomes for all learners in Kaduna State.

The Honourable Commissioner of Education, Professor Abubakar Sani Sambo at the National Stakeholders Meeting on the Nigeria Education Data Infrastructure (NEDI) at Sheraton Hotel, Abuja

The Honourable Commissioner of Education, Professor Abubakar Sani Sambo while chairing the Quarterly Expanded Management Meeting of the Ministry of Education.

The meeting provides a forum to assess the progress and gains made in the Education sector so far, identity challenges and possible recommendations to address these challenges.

The meeting is being attended by all Heads of Agencies of the sector or their representatives as well as Directors of the Ministry of Education.

Professor Sambo told members that all must ensure the strong commitment of Senator Dr. Uba Sani in the Education sector is proof that the sector is a critical one that will define the future of Kaduna State, thus every sector must deliver.

He added that in Kaduna State, all children should and have the right to be in school and must remain in school.
