On the 6th of July, 2026. The leadership of KASUMSA, led by its President, comrade Faisal Salisu, made an impactful visit to the NMA chapter in Kaduna State.

During this significant occasion,
President Faisal had the honor of presenting the esteemed "Mentor of the Year" award to Dr. Muhammad Gidado, a consultant psychiatrist at federal neuropsychiatric barnawa Kaduna.

This recognition highlighted Dr. Gidado's exceptional guidance and support, celebrating his invaluable contributions as a mentor within the community. The atmosphere was filled with admiration and respect.
