On Wednesday, something amazing happened. I met one of my staff physically for the very first time—after 2 whole years of working together 😲

Here's the twist: I never interviewed him in an office. No handshake, no boardroom. Everything from the interview to his daily tasks has been online. And guess what? He's been one of my most reliable team members. 💻🙌

That's the power of technology. Today, you don’t need to sit across a table to hire or assess someone. You can build a team, run a business, and get results from anywhere in the world. 🌍
