REVERSE PSYCHOLOGY.

A client picks up cake after you told them to pay for delivery but they said delivery fee is too high but would rather pick up themselves.

You packed up the cake for them, gave instructions on how to carry it and advice to go easy on the road as speeding would damage the cake.

Few hours later, client 'you didn't tell me your cakes are not strong, just small bump the cake scattered, you will redo this cake or have me to contend with'.

Baker: sends picture of original cake and how it was packed before they left and wished them well.

It is one thing to apologize when you ruin your cake and another to blame a baker who did a great job, some clients would never accept its their fault, they use reverse psychology to make sure you feel bad about it.
It's entirely upto you to stand your ground...
