Alhamdulillāh, we have witnessed the completion of the blessed month of Ramadhān —a time of reflection, discipline, mercy, and closeness to Allāh.

As we step into the joyous occasion of EÌD, we carry with us the light, lessons, and spiritual growth gained during these sacred days Āmīn🤲🏻🤲🏻.

May Allāh accept our fasting, prayers, recitation, and all acts of I'bādāh. May He forgive our shortcomings, purify our hearts, and grant us steadfastness to continue in righteousness beyond Ramadhān Āmīn🤲🏻🤲🏻.

EÌD is not just a celebration, but a reminder of gratitude, unity, and compassion.

As the cold weather intensifies across Northern Nigeria, it’s essential to prioritize your children’s health and well-being. Here are some tips and practices to help your ward(s) stay healthy during this season:

*1. Encourage the Use of Warm Water*

Ensure your children use warm water for bathing and drinking where possible. This helps keep their body temperature regulated and prevents cold-related illnesses.

*2. Proper Clothing*

Dress your wards in warm clothing, including sweaters, socks, and headgear, to shield them from the cold. Layers are essential, especially in the mornings and evenings.

*3. Avoid Negligence*

Do not overlook any signs of cold-related discomfort or illness. Early attention can prevent complications.

*4. Nutrition and Hydration*

Provide balanced meals to strengthen their immune system. Warm soups and teas are great additions.

*5. Decline in Malaria Cases, Rise in Cold-Related Illnesses*

While malaria cases have reduced, cold-related illnesses like coughs and flu are increasing. Pay close attention to any symptoms and seek medical care if necessary.

*6. Practice Hygiene*

Teach your wards to maintain hygiene by washing their hands regularly and using hand sanitizers to prevent infections.
