Saturday's Recap
Throwback Thursday.
Because it’s Thursday, we’re throwing it back to our impactful training on converting community waste into eco-friendly products.
During this journey, we trained over 150 students, visited 7+ schools, and went beyond just teaching, we sparked change. From setting up recycling clubs to educating young minds on proper waste management and creative reuse, it was all about turning waste into something meaningful

Last Saturday’s session was focused on Social Impact Projects — an important part of the PathFinders journey.
Our PathFinders learned that creating impact is not just about having big ideas, but about designing projects that are realistic, achievable, and measurable. We discussed how to identify real problems in our communities and develop practical solutions that can truly make a difference.
The teams also began thinking about the kind of impact they want to create and how their ideas can be transformed into meaningful projects.
It’s inspiring to see young minds already thinking about how they can contribute positively to society. The journey has only just begun, and we’re excited to see their ideas come to life.

🤝 X3M – Bullying
Some problems are silent.
But silence does not mean they are small.
X3M chose to address bullying a challenge affecting confidence, mental health and safe learning environments.
They connected their solution to the SDGs by focusing on: âś” Inclusion
âś” Safe spaces
âś” Emotional intelligence
âś” Peer support systems
They reminded us that development is not only about infrastructure —
it is about people.
A truly sustainable future must be kind.
And these young changemakers are choosing courage over silence.
