But Heaven knows,
and that is what matters most.

The weight of leadership often falls on the shoulders of the innocent.
Yet even in the face of trial, you chose calm over chaos,
dignity over despair,
and silence over self defense.
That is strength. That is grace.

This chapter is not an end, it is a new beginning.
In every ending lies God’s protection and purpose.
May this be khair.
For your soul is too golden for destiny to wrong you.

You began and ended with honour.
You leave with your name untainted,
your conscience clear,
and your head held high.

History will remember your sincerity.
Your colleagues will remember your compassion.
And the nation, though slow to see,
will one day remember the man who served with truth.

No accusation and no misjudgment
can erase the legacy of a man who led with heart.

Many years ago, in Egypt, the Grand Commander Mohamed Karim had led the resistance against Napoleon's total military campaign. When he was captured, the court sentenced him to death. On the contrary, they accused him of being the cause of the destruction of Alexandria and their crisis. He went back to Napoleon, morally broken. Napoleon then said to him: - I will not kill you because you fought against us, but because you sacrificed your life for a cowardly people, who prefer trade to freedom.
