After weeks of learning cocktail basics and classic recipes, today’s training assignment was all about creating signature cocktails.
The challenge: Each student was required to transform ideas, flavours, and local ingredients into a cocktail that balances flavours, explores various ingredients, and turns your imagination into something you can taste.
