In my opinion, there are 3 levels on the phases of financial ladder

Financial Crisis

At this stage, a person doesn't have a reliable income source. His existence depends on other people.

Financial Stability

This person has a reliable income source and everything about them is dependent on the one income source. If the source stops, life automatically comes to a halt for them. (And they go back to the first ladder - Financial Crisis

Financial Freedom

This person has a Cashflow system that generates money passively (working, for this person is an option!). They live and do life off the income produced by their Cashflow System.

Which of these stages do you belong? Be sincere with yourself!

The goal of every discerning individual should be to achieve financial freedom.
