Am I the only one here who dreads working every single day?

Track your time daily and avoid spending it on unimportant things that sap your energy.
4. Build discipline
Just like any system in life, you need to cultivate self-discipline to maintain it. Show up every day, stick to this process, and watch your life change as you become skilled at managing your time.
Once you start managing your time well, you'll see increased productivity, reduced stress, and better decision-making and work-life balance.
