Victory Nnamdi is a passionate Social Media Manager, Personal Brand Strategist and Sickle Cell Warrior navigating life with purpose and passion, helping solopreneurs show up online with clarity, confidence, and consistency.

With over 2 years of experience building digital visibility for individuals and brands,
Victory has carved a space for herself as a trusted voice in personal branding and social storytelling.

Her journey is deeply personal, rooted in her evolution from a once-shy, reserved girl to a thriving digital professional who has grown a powerful online presence by embracing authenticity, healing, and intentional growth.

Through her work, Victory empowers creators and entrepreneurs, especially those just starting out, to embrace their unique stories, build purposeful relationships, and create content that not only converts but connects.

Victory is also known for her reflective posts and mindset-shifting content on LinkedIn, where she consistently encourages her community of over 16k members, to love themselves deeply, grow through their seasons, and show up, even when it’s hard.

Whether she’s managing digital communities, speaking on panels, or consulting with founders, Victory’s mission is simple: to help others grow their voice, own their story, and become more visible online, without losing themselves.

"Ruth Ki Chohu is a cybersecurity analyst with over three years of experience working as an Information Security Management Officer. She currently serves at Beacon Security and Intelligence Limited, ensuring the protection of critical digital assets and the implementation of robust security protocols for the company and its clientèle.

Ruth possesses strong technical expertise in cyber threat intelligence, digital forensics, and web application security. Her passion for cybersecurity extends beyond the workplace—she is a committed advocate for digital safety, women and girls inclusion in tech and has actively contributed to building cyber awareness and resilience across various sectors.

In 2024, Ruth founded the Digital Defense Network, a nationwide initiative that trained development experts and nonprofit leaders across Nigeria on digital safety and cybersecurity for impact. Her efforts have empowered organizations to operate securely in an increasingly digital world.

Ruth also served as a cybersecurity tutor with the 3MTT Program, a flagship initiative of NITDA, NCC, and the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy where she trained over 50 young people in Plateau State on cybersecurity fundamentals and ethical hacking.

In addition to her cybersecurity work, Ruth is the Founder and Team Lead of African Jewels Development Initiative, a nonprofit organization committed to empowering women, girls, and youth through access to quality education, leadership, and technology."

Lo**ta Ejiofor is the Founder and CEO of AccelerateHer Africa, a women's empowerment organization dedicated to coaching, mentoring, and creating transformative pathways for women across the continent. Through strategic programs and partnerships, she supports women in leadership roles, connects young women to educational opportunities in STEM, and helps purpose-driven companies strengthen their ESG outcomes through diversity initiatives.

As the host of the W.E.W.I.N Podcast (Women Empowering Women in Networks), Lo**ta amplifies the inspiring stories of women leaders and changemakers across Africa, creating a platform for authentic conversations about resilience, purpose, and impact. Lo**ta serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director for a Nigerian tech company and provides board advisory services to Uk-based start up organizations committed to inclusive growth.

She brings over 25 years of Project Management and leadership experience spanning technology, aerospace, and banking from the UK, including 12 years as a senior executive at a leading mortgage bank in Nigeria.

A recent MBA graduate from HULT International Business School,Lo**ta is passionate about authentic leadership, faith-driven transformation, and empowering the next generation of African women leaders.
