This are some of the courses we term “irrelevant” in Nigeria.

But if you studied them, you’ve studied a golden course. The school just didn’t expose you to modern opportunities.

- The school didn’t teach you how to explore these courses in the real world.

- They only taught you theories with no single practical.

- Now that you’ve crossed that stage, it is your duty to look for opportunities everywhere.

- Another big lie from the school is that you must work in an organization for survival.

- The school also failed in helping you build a media or social character because if you studied any of these courses, your job must warrant you to meet people. I mean you have to be an extrovert to some extent.

So first, as you read this piece, just know that you MUST become outspoken and open to media.

Let’s explore these courses.

1. Start a political podcast or blog: You studied political science, sociology or related courses right?

Everyday, we wake up to new politics related news.

I tell you, till now, more than half of Nigerians don’t know they President Tinubu went t South Africa for the new President’s inauguration and part of these people are in your timeline.

You don’t need to go too far to source for the news.

Don’t bother about camera quality as much because we now have apps like Snapchat or black magic app to enhance your visuals.

We have apps like CapCut for editing and voice enhancement.

All you need to do is set up your camera and read news headlines with very little explanation.

It is that simple.

Some of you already do viral social media contents by recreating viral videos or using viral sounds.

Take it a step further by reading ONLY news headlines.

Don’t bother sourcing too much. Just get the headlines from tundeednut and imstablog.

Don’t bother giving us details. Only headlines is enough.

- Never ever store food in your refrigerator for more than 3 days says Nafdac

Just pick the news from instablog and tunde Ednut, and recreate them by adding your own swag like the social scientist that you are.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE MONEY FROM THIS?

1. Brand deals: Big Brands will come to you for promotional when you accumulate a lot of followers.

2. Affiliate marketing: Since you now have massive followers, you can recommend helpful products to them using platforms like Sells Rocket , , , , etc.

3. Information marketing: You can create your own ebook about any relevant topic and sell.

4. Headline ads: small businesses can come to you for simple headline adverts so you just slit it into your daily ads. You can have package for daily, weekly or single post ads.
