Children's Day

A day to acknowledge the existence of the child.
A day to honour, respect, applaud them
A day to make a child happy by gifting him or her.

The child must be celebrated, loved, cared for and not abused.
The child has a right to be loved, cared for, honoured and educated.

Today, as these children are honoured, may we all accord them the respect they deserve.

You can put a smile on a child close by and also extend your gifting to ours. No gift is small because it is unexpected and also a surprise.

Let our hearts melt for the less privileged African child. Gifting may include laptops, story books, library books, pencils, erasers, coloured pencils, crayons, toys, exercise books. Anything that can put smiles on their faces will be appreciated.

Thanks for being a part of a child's joy today.

We had a wonderful children's day celebration, where we saw wonderful presentations from our pupils.

We greatly appreciate the donors and partners of The Pencil Project, who gave learning materials to children. These materials will go a long way to help children enjoy learning.
