📢 FINAL REASSESSMENT VISITATION UPDATE

Today marks a significant milestone in the journey of our great institution as we received the Final Reassessment Visitation from the Committee on the Establishment of Private Colleges of Health Technology in Adamawa State From Adamawa State Ministry of Health

This important visitation is in line with the preparations for the formal reopening of our dear college as instructed by His Excellency the Executive Governor of Adamawa State Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri. We sincerely appreciate the efforts of the committee and the Ministry for their time, professionalism, and commitment to ensuring that standards are maintained across all health institutions in the state.

The grand reopening of the Central College of Health Science and Technology Yola marks a significant milestone in our collective commitment to educational advancement and human capital development in Adamawa State.

As part of the reopening activities, a strategic stakeholders’ engagement meeting was held, beginning with the Students’ Representatives. The interactive session provided an opportunity to listen, clarify concerns, and outline the roadmap for a smooth academic transition.

A key issue discussed was the fate of students who had secured admission prior to the closure of the institution by the state government. We are pleased to reaffirm that all prospective students who wish to resume their academic activities are fully allowed to do so. In order to ensure academic balance and standards, the college will organize six (6) weeks of intensive revision classes to enable affected students catch up on all academic work lost during the period of closure.

Furthermore, the college is officially open to new applicants.

INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE NBTE–RAHJOU INSTITUTE ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAMME ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) AND HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC)

The National Board for Technical Education (NBTE), in partnership with the Rahjou Institute, Iran, invites participants for a specialised online training programme in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC).

This initiative reflects NBTE’s commitment to strengthening Nigeria’s TVET ecosystem, building resilience, and preparing educators and practitioners for the future of work.

Programme Highlights

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Track
Participants will gain hands-on skills in:
• AI Image Generation for Designers
• Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, and other AI tools
• Prompt Engineering & AI Model Optimisation
• Professional image enhancement
• Project-based practical training

Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC)
Participants can choose from any of the following HVAC track:
i. Cold Room Refrigeriation Training Course
ii. Domestric Refrigerator Training Course
iii. Split Air Conditioning Training Course
iv. Vapour Compression Refrigeration System Training Course
v. Washing Machine and Dishwasher Training Course

Certification
Upon successful completion:

• Upon successful completion of the course and the final examination, you will be awarded a Certificate of Achievement jointly issued by Hellotechnic, ITC–Iran TVTO, and the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE).
• Participants can obtain a European Digital Qualification Framework (EDQF) Badge, aligned with the European Qualification Framework (EQF) and secured with blockchain technology, for an additional fee.
• Nigerian participants may optionally enroll in an NSQ training Centre for NSQF assessment that will lead to national certification.
