Position: Online Class Instructor

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:
- Conduct online classes and training sessions for students
- Develop lesson plans and prepare teaching materials
- Utilize various online platforms to deliver engaging and interactive lessons
- Assess and provide feedback on students' progress
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience in teaching or training, preferably in an online setting
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using online teaching tools and platforms
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Degree in Education or relevant field
- Certification in online teaching or related areas
- Familiarity with curriculum development and assessment methods
