What happens when two tech companies come together with one goal to build better teams and stronger startups?

We are excited to share that Northdemy Limited and Startup Jigawa recently joined forces to train our staff and employees on the importance of Teamwork, Partnership, Leadership, and Responsibility in the technology and startup ecosystem.
This initiative is particularly special because it represents a new level of collaboration between two independent IT companies in Dutse, Jigawa State coming together not as competitors, but as partners committed to learning, growing, and building a stronger tech ecosystem.
Throughout the session, participants gained practical, hands-on experience through interactive activities, team games, challenges, and meaningful engagements designed to demonstrate the real-world importance of:

🔹 Partnership — growing through collaboration
🔹 Responsibility — understanding our role as individuals and as tech startups
One of the highlights was how simple games and activities were transformed into meaningful lessons about communication, trust, leadership, collaboration, and accountability.
But the training didn’t end with the lessons.
We challenged and encouraged participants to start their own startup journey, build their ideas, take initiative, and contribute to the growth of the tech ecosystem.
And most importantly, we reminded them:

This is more than just a training.
It is a step toward building a stronger, more collaborative, and more innovative tech community in Jigawa State.
