Sometimes, people cannot destroy your character, so they criticize your boundaries.

They cannot deny your beauty, so they point at your scars.

They cannot find darkness in you, so they magnify your imperfections.

But remember this: a rose does not stop being beautiful because it has thorns.
The thorns are part of its protection, not proof that it has no value.

Do not let people’s opinions make you doubt what God has deposited in you.
You were not created to please everyone; you were created to fulfil God’s purpose.

Happy Sunday.

I lost 5kg recently without even knowing!

I was watching a video of myself and my team that we created yesterday, and something just looked different. So I decided to step on the scale and, lo and behold, I was 5kg DOWN!

Want to experience one of the fastest weight-loss journeys? Start a business and try to scale it. You will understand😂

I love asking my team members for their opinions because, many times, their input produces great results.

Recently, we put our heads together and created these SHOW-STOPPER GIFTS/SOUVENIRS, and I absolutely love what we came up with.

Instead of buying another cake for the celebrant when there is already an event cake, gift them BRANDED FAVOURED BAKERS YOGOFURA, personalised with the celebrant’s picture, name, birthday message and your name as the sender.

With just N50,000, you can get 4 packs—25 bottles—of branded Yogofura. (FREE BRANDING)

It is a gift they can actually enjoy, share and remember!

HUBBY’S BIRTHDAY IS IN 4 DAYS Y’ALL!

Day 19 of celebrating you.

They say your safe place is often the first person you call when something happens. And honestly, whether it’s good news or bad news, you are always my first call.

Thank you for being the person I can run to, talk to, laugh with and simply be myself with.

Thank you for being my safe place, honey.

4 days to go! And yes, we are still counting!

WHO KNEW MY BIOCHEMISTRY WOULD FIND ME IN MY YOGOFURA FACTORY?

So I studied Biochemistry as an undergraduate, and for many years, whenever people talked about studying one thing and eventually doing something completely different, I always included myself in that category.

Biochemistry graduate turned baker and entrepreneur. I honestly thought my degree and what I do today were two completely different worlds.

Until recently,
I was reminded by an Authority Agency in Nigeria that my field of study is actually very relevant to what I am doing, especially as I build Favoured Bakers Yogofura into a proper food production business.

The science behind what we do with Yogofura is not just about mixing ingredients and getting a delicious product. There is fermentation, microorganisms, food safety, hygiene, quality control, preservation and so much more.

And suddenly, I realised…
Wait o! So all those years of Biochemistry were not completely unrelated to this journey after all?

My Papa school fee no be in vain! 💃🏿💃🏿💃🏿 Chai!

Sometimes, you think you studied one thing and ended up doing something else, but until you venture deeper into what you are building, you may never realise how connected the dots really are.

God can hide your preparation inside something you think is irrelevant.

Today, I am looking at my Biochemistry certificate differently.

Father, I thank You for Favour.

Indeed, nothing is wasted in God’s hands.

DAY 17 OF CELEBRATING HUBBY

When people say they love shopping, I cannot relate because I don’t.

When people say they love travelling, for me, travelling is not an adventure. Whether by road, sea or air, it doesn’t really matter to me. I just want to get there. 😂

Recently, a more convenient way of travelling by road was discovered . It is at least twice more expensive, but the convenience is worth it. Before now, this particular part of the journey used to give me anxiety, but now it is sorted.

Thank you, my love, for always finding ways to ease the stress of travelling and making things more comfortable for me.

A lot of things stress me about leaving my comfort zone sha. The food, where we will sleep, the whole uncertainty of being away from home… But thank you for always doing your best to make things easier.

I may not love travelling, but having you beside me makes the journey a lot better.

Thank you, my love. ❤️

Nigeria is getting better, See Motor Park na💃🏿💃🏿

ANOTHER CAKE? PLEASE THINK AGAIN!

Let’s be honest.

When an Honourable, Commissioner, CEO, Director, Pastor or other highly placed personality is celebrating a birthday, there will already be plenty of cakes at the event.

The celebrant may not even taste half of them.

But imagine presenting them with bottles of beautifully branded Favoured Bakers Yogofura, customised with their picture, a birthday message and your name boldly written as the sponsor.

Now that’s a gift that gets noticed.

While cakes are cut once and forgotten, branded Yogofura is shared, carried home, refrigerated, enjoyed over several days and seen by many more people.

Every bottle reminds the celebrant of your thoughtfulness.

Every bottle carries your name.

Every bottle says, “I put thought into this gift.”

Our Yogofura is classy, professionally packaged in new bottles, properly sealed and made to impress.

For just N50,000, you can get 25 bottles of customised Yogofura for birthdays, appreciation gifts, political celebrations, corporate events, church events and special occasions.

Don’t just send a gift.

Send a gift that will be seen.
Send a gift that will be enjoyed.
Send a gift that will be remembered.
