The Greenland University, Jalingo, got approval from His Excellency President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR

I am very excited to announce that the first private university in Taraba State, the Greenland University, Jalingo, which I have initiated with others, has received Federal Executive Council approval to operate on Wednesday, 13th August 2025. This development came after fulfilling the National Universities Commission's requirements for establishing a university.

I want to use this medium to thank all those who have contributed in one way or the other to the actualization of this lofty and ambitious dream.
My vision is to provide quality education, promote access, and ensure excellence in the educational sector of Taraba State and Nigeria at large.

Today history is made as we take a powerful step in that direction by establishing the Greenland University, Jalingo (Knowledge for Self-Reliance).
My sincere appreciation goes to the Minister of Education Mr Tunji Alausa and the National Universities Commission for the tireless efforts in facilitating the approval of our promising university. May the Almighty God reward your sacrifices for our dear nation.

Help Taraba State University Muslim community build an Ultra Modern Jumm@ Mosque 🕌.

The TSU Muslim staff forum is soliciting for donation from the public to build it Jumma@ Mosque. The donation can be financial assistance, building materials, fitting and decoration materials, etc. Prayers and well wishes are also solicitated to make this project a reality.

The Masjid is located at the Taraba State University Jalingo, Taraba State. Nigeria 🇳🇬.

The project will cost a sum of 116,700,000.00 NGN, which is equivalent to 271,602.68 USD, based on 420.52 exchange rates. The artifact of the potential Masjid is attached.
