When some one does something wrong we do not like, we tends to focus on what they did wrong.we judge, we criticise,we point out what we deem to be their fault. The person in turns feels hurt, angry.conflicts or distance occurs. This not helpful to anyone. There is no need to assign blame or prove who did what.Disengage from this lose-lose pattern instead focus on the person's experience, emphasize, look for how to help...someone can not remain angry, hurt or keep arguing when your response to one of compassion.
Must people do not intentionally harm those the love. The majority of things that trigger feelings of hurt is lack of communication and understanding. Please friends let's stop the blaming games and focus on how to make our relationships a remarkable one.Communicate frequently,Appreciate each no matter how little.apologies instantly.with that our homes and relationships will be tasteful and wonderful...So guys, common let's do it together.......
