Recently, about 200 plus flex banners INTENDED to promote “Renewed Hope” appeared with the phrase “Renew Hope.”

To some, it may look minor.

To educators and champions of learning, it tells a much bigger story.

Spelling and grammar are not just about English class—they shape meaning, credibility, and how ideas are understood by the world.

One missing letter, one altered word, can completely change a message.

This is exactly why we do what we do at Spell the Bee.

We believe that strong literacy builds confident minds, sharp thinkers, and future leaders who communicate clearly and accurately.

From classrooms to billboards, from children to decision-makers—literacy must be taken seriously.

This is why we are expanding our spelling programs for this 2026/2027 spelling season across communities through our Local Government Spelling Bee.

Because when children learn early, society benefits long term.

Let’s invest in spelling.

Let’s invest in literacy.

Let’s raise a generation that gets the words right. 🐝📚
