Since that historic day in September, the work has not stopped. We knew that the gathering was just the beginning.

The momentum from LTBT 2025 informed our next move: taking that collective energy and turning it into tangible classroom support.

In September 2025, the 'Let There Be Teachers' (LTBT) Conference moved from an idea to a historic reality.

Seeing over five thousand teachers united was a resounding declaration that 'Teachers Matter'.

However, the true ex*****on was the communique issued at the close- call for legislative action on welfare and reform.

We proved that when teachers occupy the same space, they don't just share ideas; they influence the law.

It was not just about logistics. It was about alignment.

A dedicated group worked tirelessly to ensure that thousands of different voices could harmonize into one message.

The process was intense, but the urgency of the mission pushed us forward.

We were not just planning an event, we were building a platform.

CHANGE DOES NOT ALWAYS NEED YEARS: SOMETIMES, IT NEEDS A "NOW"!

Sometime last year, a shared realization took hold of us. We looked at the innovation 'Gap" in our schools and realized we could not wait for a slow-moving future.

The intention was CLEAR and URGENT: If we wanted to change the direction of policy, we had to STOP TALKING about TEACHERS and START STANDING with them.

We decided then, that we wouldn't just hold a meeting- we would create the largest gathering of educators the continent had seen.

The GOAL was simple: bring the brilliance into one room and let the world see its power!
