Kingslight parents, our upcoming orphanage home visit is a chance to touch lives in a simple and gentle way. Many children out there long for warmth, care, and a little light, and this visit reminds us how powerful kindness can be. Together, we can share joy, hope, and love with those who need it most, and create moments they will remember with a smile.

We taught our young scholars the basics of food etiquette. They learned about fruits, cutleries, and some simple rules for healthy eating. It was practical, fun, and eye opening for them.

Kingslight College marked Science Day with a hands-on lesson that kept the students excited. They learned how yam is planted, how it grows, and what it takes to cultivate it properly. It was a simple and practical way to help them understand real science in action.

🌿 Wellness Awareness Day at Kingslight Group of Schools (Primary Section)! 🌿

Today, our pupils learned that Wellness means being healthy and happy in both body and mind. It is about eating good food, resting well, playing, staying clean, thinking good thoughts, and living in peace with others. 💚

They enjoyed fun mindfulness activities, stress management techniques, and brain focus exercises that helped them understand how to care for their mental and physical health. 🧘‍♀️💪

They also practiced the 3-5-6 breathing exercise, learning how to calm their minds, relax their bodies, and stay focused through mindful breathing. 🌬️

We discussed the importance of water, exercise, and nutritious food in staying strong and smart. 🥗🚰

And guess what? Our amazing Yoruba teacher added a beautiful twist by teaching wellness in Yoruba! 🌞
