In this post, I will be showing exactly what to do to consistently get your staff involved in promoting your school.

I have it summarized to a four letter acronyms...

If you can make this your mantra...

You will get at least more buy- ins from your members of staff.

The point is You can't do it alone!.

Trying to do it alone is a su***de mission.

The four letter acronym for getting your staff becoming active promoters are..

*C* stands for *Communication* is at the heart of building a unique school today.

You must be able to creatively and consistently communicate

Vision

Uniqueness

Target

Expectations

of each member of your staff

Termly Plans

Strategic Events

To your staff.

If you take up my suggestion of falling in love with your staff and even your parents, you will find it easy to communicate with them consistently.

The platform for communication you could use includes.....

Using a whatsapp group
Text messages
Frequent feedback meetings
Phone calls or personal visit.

A combination of these strategies of course is the best.

Next one is ::

*Affirmations* -- The truth is that as a leader you must choose your words wisely.

If you constantly talk your staff down, they will keep behaving like MuMu (pardon my ethics)..

If you affirm them and use your words rightly, they will give you the results you want.....

Yes, I know it's not easy as I just typed it....

I know it isn't easy to lead these people, but you Must know the power of your words..

It can build them up
It can kill their morale...

Word form the World we live in.

Speak and affirm the people you lead.

Thank them when you should...

Correct them mostly in love...

Don't say this one I am thanking them it will start entering their head
