Who is Your Partner in This School Business?
One of my coaching clients reached out to me two weeks ago with a very special request.
She was on the verge of making a mega and sensitive decision in her school business—one that could significantly change the direction of her work and life.
We had already gone through a number of strategy sessions together.
We had analyzed her options, weighed the risks, explored possible outcomes, and she was ready to take action.
But then… on second thought, she paused.
She said, "Coach, before I make this move, I feel I need to pass it by God. And I believe you are the right person to stand in the gap with me."

To her, this was not just about strategy—it was about spiritual alignment and wise counsel.
She found me worthy of that partnership.
When she called, I was on admission in the hospital. There on hospital bed, I was weak, But I knew how important this was for her, so I still made the time to oblige her request and prayed with her.
It was a 3 days prayer journey. I felt good I did. It even facilitated my healing process.

📍 The Connector – someone who can link you up with the right opportunities, resources, and people. Some call them gate keepers. They know who knows who.
📍The Spiritual Anchor – a person who can join you in prayer, speak life into your vision, and help you seek God’s direction when needed. Your pastor, spiritual coach, or your par
