Let me share another quick thought that might help you get more views on your lessons this week.
When many of us transition from teaching in a physical school to teaching on social media, we carry a bad habit with us: we think we need to write long, perfect scripts.

You might sit down for an hour trying to write out every single word you are going to say, from "good morning" to your final sign-off. Then, when you turn on the camera, you try so hard to remember the script that you end up sounding like a robot reading a textbook.

Here is the secret: online audiences do not want a scripted lecture. They want to feel like they are sitting next to a smart friend who is explaining a concept on a paper.
Instead of writing a script, try writing down just three bullet points.

Your first bulleeet point is the hoook: the exact math problem you are solving in the video.
Your second bulleat point is the step-by-step solution.
Your third bulleeat point is what they should do next.
Once you have those three points on a piece of paper behind your phone, just start talking. Your future students will fall in love with your authenticity

Try recording your next video using only three bulleeet points instead of a full script. You will find that you sound much more natural, and your videos will take you half the time to make.
