1. Phonics Teacher
Requirements
* Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience teaching phonics in Nursery and Basic Schools.
* Strong knowledge of early literacy development and child-centred teaching methods.
* TRCN registration is mandatory.
2. Mathematics Teacher (Secondary School)
Requirements
* B.Ed. in Mathematics or a related qualification.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience teaching Mathematics in a secondary school.
* Excellent subject knowledge with a proven record of outstanding learner performance.
* TRCN registration is mandatory.
3. Head of College / Academic Assistant to the Head of School
Requirements
* B.Ed., B.Sc. (Ed.), or an equivalent qualification in Education.
* Minimum of 10 years’ cognate experience in a similar academic leadership role in a reputable secondary school.
* Proven experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, Head of College, Academic Coordinator, or equivalent leadership position.
* Strong knowledge of curriculum planning, instructional supervision, assessment, quality assurance, and school improvement strategies.
* Ability to coordinate all college academic programmes while serving as Academic Assistant to the Head of School.
* Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and ICT skills.
* TRCN registration is mandatory.
* A postgraduate qualification (M.Ed., M.Sc. Ed., or Ph.D.) will be an added advantage.
4. Head of Basic School
Requirements
* B.Ed. in Primary Education or an equivalent qualification.
* Minimum of 10 years’ cognate experience in a similar leadership role in a reputable basic school.
* Proven experience in academic leadership, curriculum implementation, learner development, and staff supervision.
* Strong knowledge of contemporary teaching methodologies and quality assurance practices in basic education.
* Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and ICT skills.
* Ability to drive academic excellence, discipline, and continuous school improvement.
* TRCN registration is mandatory.
* A postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
5. Personal Assistant to the Head of School (Administration)
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, Office Technology and Management, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 10 years’ cognate experience in a similar role.
* Proven experience supporting senior executives or school leadership.
* Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and ICT skills.
* High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
6. Educational Psychologist
Requirements
* B.Ed. or B.Sc. in Educational Psychology, Psychology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with children in Early Years, Basic, and Secondary School settings.
* Strong understanding of child development, learning difficulties, behavioural management, and learner support.
* Excellent counselling, communication, and report-writing skills.
* TRCN registration is mandatory.
* Relevant professional certification will be an added advantage.
7. Part-Time Hausa Language Teacher
Requirements
* B.Ed. in Hausa Language or a related qualification.
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching Hausa Language in Basic and Secondary schools.
* Excellent command of spoken and written Hausa.
* Strong classroom management and effective communication skills.
* TRCN registration is mandatory.
