We are looking for awesome male and female facilitators who are skilled and experienced in different entrepreneurial fields.
We are looking to hire experienced, engaging and highly effective facilitators to deliver our highly innovative and impactful programs.
As a facilitator at STEP, you need to have the ability to support the thinking of adults in an engaging, expert and deeply educative way.
Have sound communication skills and be highly knowledgeable in your assigned field.
Possess flexibility in facilitation and the ability to innovate when the situation requires it
Have an excellent team spirit; be open to work with colleagues and employers.

Sometimes the smallest thing we can do for our neighborhoods can have the biggest impact. My name is Ifemiloluwa Shola Peter. SME over the years have contributed significantly to the economic development of the country.
I know the value of sme and that is why i want to help them grow.
The people of Ilorin have marketable businesses but lack proper exposure.
There are a lot of people here with different skills and their businesses are buried under the dust of poor marketing. i will help help with a 5day trade fair where they reach a large consumer base and attract investors, allowing nigerians know the value of locally made commodities.
This 5days trade fair includes
1 Linking up the various sectors and sub-sectors of the economy.
2. Mobilizing savings investments.
3. Utilization of the abundant raw materials.
