*EDUCATIONAL EXCURSION TO THE KWARA STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY*
Today, the Learners of I-Tree Model Academy, Ilorin had the remarkable opportunity to visit the Kwara State House of Assembly as part of our Civic education and experiential learning programme.
The purpose of the visit was to observe firsthand how legislative sessions and briefings are conducted. Our Learners were given an insightful tour of the Assembly complex and introduced to the inner workings of the lawmaking process in Kwara State.
From understanding how motions are raised and debated to witnessing where and how lawmakers deliberate on issues affecting the state.
The visit broadened their understanding of governance, democracy, and public service.
This experience is part of our continuous efforts at I-Tree Model Academy to raise informed, responsible future leaders who are not just academically grounded but also socially and politically aware.
