NAKSS CAC REGISTRATION AUTHENTIC WITH REGISTRATION NUMBER ( IT - 167297)

- Critics in Agony over their loss of grip on the grand plot to keep dividing NAKSS

- NAKSS Registered with the CAC as an Incorporated Trustee (IT) not a Company (RC) as Purported by Comr. Muftau Mubarak Sh*ttu (Atunlushe) and his cronies

The attention of the National Association Of Kwara State Students (NAKSS), National Headquarters led by Comr. Adekunle Raphael Popoola has been drawn to a malicious publication making waves on social media sponsored by Comr. Muftau Mubarak Sh*ttu and his cronies claiming the CAC Registration of NAKSS was false and was not backed with records with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).

Responding in the interest of Members of the National Association of Kwara State Students (NAKSS) at home and in the Diaspora,

1. It is laughable that an illegitimate group that has come out to criticize a laudable feat attained by the Comr. Adekunle led NAKSS National Leadership - legitimizing NAKSS did not do their homework well, basically with even verifying if an Association is registered with the CAC as a Business (which NAKSS isn't) or an Incorporated Trustee (a category NAKSS belongs to).

The claim that the NAKSS Registration Number IT - 167297 belongs to a Company operating in Bauchi State is false and malicious as the records of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) say differently and the documents are public for all NAKSSites to verify.

2. NAKSS which has been trolled for months in controversies over leadership of the Association has also finally via this registration defined a new sense of direction to her members and the public on who to relate with as Comr. Adekunle Raphael Popoola and his Executive remain the only recognized and legitimate leaders of NAKSS National Headquarters. This new reality no doubt has foiled all attempts by enemies of the Association to sustain their divide and rule antics.

3. Comr. Muftau Mubarak Sh*ttu and his conies are warned to desist from further acts of impersonation using NAKSS and formally withdraw their statements misrepresenting the NAKSS CAC Registration narrative in a ploy to mislead the NAKSSites and the Public or face litigation for libel.

Comr. Adekunle Raphael Popoola has continued to consolidate on building bridges across divides to give NAKSS a firm foundation upon which future generations can build on and NAKSSites at home and abroad will be better for it. This commitment and sincerity of purpose has been reaffirmed in the giants steps taken to ensure the Association is legally recognized globally as a group operating under known laws and regulations.

We call on all Members of our great Association to distance themselves from fabricated falsehood in any guise aimed at stirring acrimony and mischief amongst NAKSSites moving forward. The Comr. Adekunle Raphael Popoola led NAKSS would continue to stay transparent and accountable to the future of our Association even as preparations are underway for a hitch transition of the National Association of Kwara State Students, National Headquarters.

The National Association of Kwara State Students (NAKSS) led by Comr. Adekunle Raphael Popoola and Rt. Sen. Adebisi Akinola Adeshola successfully held another Senate Seating in the University of Abuja Chapter of the Association where issues bordering on the progress of the Association were deliberated upon by Senators from different parts of the Country.

Top of developments at the Epic gathering of NAKSS Senators was the official handover and unveiling of the CAC Registration Certificate/Reg no: IT - 167294 for the National Association of Kwara State Students (NAKSS), National Headquarters to NAKSSites.

It will be recalled that NAKSS since inception has not been registered with the 𝑪𝒐𝒓𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒆 𝑨𝒇𝒇𝒂𝒊𝒓𝒔 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏 (𝑪𝑨𝑪) as demanded by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for all legitimate Associations and groups.

This feat achieved by Comr. Adekunle Raphael Popoola led NAKSS leadership, licensing and putting an end to factions within Our Noble Association and was applauded by Senators at the plenary.

The National Senate President, *Rt. Sen. Adebisi Adeshola* also called on all NAKSSites across Institutions in Nigeria to visit INEC Registration centres close to them to register for their PVCs to enable her over 1.8 million members of the Association who are all qualified to vote an active opportunities to decide those who lead them at National and State Elections in 2023 and beyond ,He emphasized that this call became necessary to ensure the Association achieves it's target of having over 80% of her members partake in the forthcoming 2023 elections in Kwara State.

The Senate Plenary came to a close with the formal declaration of the Transition process of the Association open with formation of the Electoral Committee expected to be underway soon in a bid to elect new leaders for the Association, as an end has come to Era of Tenure elongation

NAKSSites at home and in the Diaspora have continued to register their excitement over the positive developments within the Association under the leadership of Comr. Adekunle Raphael Popoola describing the long term legacies of the administration a firm foundation upon which NAKSS will rise to become more formidable as a Students group with value and earned respect from all quarters.

Today marks the begining of another decade in our nation's history and NAKSS as a body must be strategically positioned to contribute her quota in the rebuilding and rebranding of all that tends towards the realisation of a stronger, bolder and more united Nigeria.

NAKSSites are urged to reflect on the last six (6) decades of Nigeria's existence as an independent and sovereign nation and find reasons to be part of the National vanguard for collective repositioning of our country on the trajectory of progress. We are part of a previleged generation; one that has been saddled with the responsibility to think the solutions to all of Nigeria's problems and take action to remedy our challenges at all levels.

NAKSS COMMENDS GOV. ABDULRAZAQ ON DISBURSEMENT OF BURSARY

- Congratulates Beneficiaries and Charges them to be prudent with use of funds

The National Association of Kwara State Students (NAKSS) National Headquarters led by Comr. Adekunle Raphael Popoola on behalf of the leadership and members of the Association applauds the Gov. Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq led Kwara State Government for the disbursement of Bursary to NAKSSites studying across Institutions in Nigeria.

The President has described the payment of scholarships by the Kwara State Government to indigent Students as another promise made and kept by the Gov. Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq led Administration in her unwavering commitment to support the education of the Kwara Child at all levels.

".. Students across Institutions in Kwara State and Nigeria have reached out to the Association to acknowledge their receipt of funds from the State Government in support of their education and they remain grateful for the act of benevolence from Kwara State."

As our members continue to recieve their credit alerts via a transparent e-payment system which has made disbursements of this year's Bursary seamless, we wish to deeply appreciate the Hon. Commissioner of Tertiary Education, Executive Chairman KWASUBEB, Prof. Sheu Adaramaja and other Stakeholders for a job well done.

- Commends Kwara State Police Command on prompt and efficient response

The Comr. Adekunle Raphael Popoola led National Association of Kwara State Students (NAKSS) National Headquarters has recieved with great excitement the safe release of one of their own, Miss Khadijat Isiaq who was abducted by kidnappers.

The Association while returning gratitude to Almighty God for preserving the life of the Kwara State University Student, also used the opportunity to specially commend the efforts of the Kwara State Police Command who were prompt and efficient in their response to the situation which has led to the arrest of 6 suspects and safe return of Miss Khadijat.

NAKSS following the increasing spate of kidnappings and other forms of insecurity in the country will continue to dialogue with Security agencies and the Gov. Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq led Kwara State government to device more ways of keeping her members studying across Nigeria safe and unhurt as they pursue higher leaning in respective institutions.

Adekunle Raphael Popoola on behalf of millions of NAKSSites studying across Nigeria and in the Diaspora extend their heart felt appreciation to His Excellency Gov. Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq for his apt response to the evacuation of NAKSSites trapped in the crisis borne University of Jos, Plateau State following series of attacks on Students of the institution.

The Association which has been in contact with her members in Jos and reached out to the State Government requesting the prompt evacuation of her members was excited to know that Buses had been made available and NAKSSites were finally on their way back home to safety.

This act of magnanimity from the Gov. Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq led Kwara State Government is not news as it only reiterates his true love and passion for the safety and sanctity of the lives and property of every Kwaran regardless of their creed, age or s*x.

METHOD APPLICATION

2. Click on the Bursary Award Link
3. Register your bio-data on the platform to obtain login details.
4. Use your logine with your password to fill the application form for the 2020/2021 Bursary online.
5. Scan and upload the following documents online (mandatory).
-Passport photograph.
-Local Government Citizenship Certificate.
-Your last session results stamped and signed by the appropriate authority.
-Your Admission Letter.
-Your Institutional Valid I.D Card.
-Evidence of NAKSS National due payment

A compulsory payment of #200 (Two Hundred Naira Only) should be made to NAKSS ACCOUNT and the Evidence of payment either teller or mobile app transfer receipt would be uploaded while applying.
