On January 2nd, 2020 at Sambeatz Hotel, we reunited for the 2nd time after leaving the great premier grammar school (Ilesa Grammar School) in 2013. As at 10am on that fateful day, some members were already at the venue and the program kicked off at exactly 12:30pm.

At the reunion with a recorded attendance of 23 people, we first of all resolved to reach more classmates making use of students information in our yearbook and other individual or collective means most especially through social media like Facebook.

Also, we concluded that the election of executive members for the SET be postponed till the next reunion. In the second quarter of the year, an independent electoral committee will be constituted which will in turn conduct the election - both Pre and Post.

Furthermore, a general resolution was passed that the current Planning Committee should continue to steer the affairs of the SET as acting executives until the next reunion when elections of executive members will hold.

The moderator, Tobi Olanipekun, informed the gathering that the National Executive body of ILEGSOSA has issued a directive that all SETs/Chapters of Ilegrams must be duly registered with them so as to be formally recognized.

The reunion program ended with the cutting of the cake and group pictures were taken. Members also went home with a branded jotter, food and drinks. It was indeed a joyful and fun-filled moment.

We, the 2013 SET of the school adopted as our unique signature because we are the last set bearing Ilesa Grammar School before the Osun State Government under Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola built some structures and renamed the school as Ilesa Government High School.
