3 years ago, I recorded this video just to apply for teaching gigs online.

Did I apply? Yes.
Did I get any job? No 😔

I almost gave up.
In fact, I wanted to stop many times… but I didn’t.

Was I consistent? Not really.
But I kept showing up even if it was just small, small.

Truth is, I overthink a lot before doing anything.
Sometimes I don’t even feel like posting at all.

But one person kept pushing me,my husband.
Even when I wasn’t in the mood, he’ll say, “Just do one.”
That “one” has carried me this far.

Then one day… boom 💥
My uncle abroad saw my videos.

You know how people say, “Ask your uncle to help you”?
I didn’t even relate to that talk before 😅

But God used him for me.

He became my first client.
Not only that , he paid me steadily.
Then he started referring me.

Till today, those referrals have been keeping me going.

Honestly, where would I be without him?

I’m just here feeling grateful , deeply grateful for the gift of him.

This journey is not perfect. I’m still not as consistent as I want to be.
But I’m proof that showing up, even imperfectly, can still open doors.

So if you’re thinking of starting…
Start. Even if it’s not perfect. Even if it’s just one.

You never know who is watching.

Teaching is more than a profession to me, it’s a calling, a purpose, a daily opportunity to shape lives and plant seeds that will grow far beyond the classroom.

I show up not just to teach lessons, but to inspire confidence, to ignite curiosity, and to remind every child that they are capable of greatness. Every smile I see, every “I understand now,” every little improvement, those are my rewards.

Being a teacher means being patient when it’s hard, strong when it’s needed, and kind at all times. It means choosing to believe in others, even before they believe in themselves.

I am proud of the impact I make, proud of the minds I nurture, and proud to be a teacher who leads with both heart and excellence.

March is the reminder we all need: we’re no longer “planning the year”… we’re living it.
And in education, this is the moment where learning habits either break or breakthroughs begin.

As a tutor who works with learners across all age groups, I’ve noticed something important this period:

Most students don’t struggle because they’re not smart…
They struggle because they were never taught a learning system that works for them.

So today, I’m sharing the 3 learning shifts that transform performance faster than any “study hack”:

Short, focused 20–30 minute sessions build consistency and reduce overwhelm.
