★Successful *JUPEB candidates* with evidence of payments are to resume residence from Wednesday, 30 September 2026★

Candidates coming earlier from far distances are advised not to travel late and on arrival any day from 20 September will be given transit accommodation.

*1.What is the difference between Pre-degree and JUPEB?*
Both are pre-university admission programmes.
■The pre-degree programme offers intensive coaching for UTME and direct opportunities for 100-level admission into OAU degree programmes. The student must make at least 60% to be so qualified (Sitting Post-UTME is optional; but those who sit Post-UTME earn double chances for admission).
■JUPEB enrols candidates for A/Level in three core subjects for DE admission into 200 Level in OAU, or in any other recognised Nigerian/Overseas Universities. Check subject combination here https://jupeb.oaucdl.edu.ng/mod/resource/view.php?id=97

JUPEB candidates must have ready their O/Level requirements for the desired course in the university

*2.What is the duration of the programmes?*
Each of the Pre-Degree and JUPEB runs for 10 months, usually from September/October to July/August. This year starts in September for JUPEB and October for Pre-degree.

*3.Are there Hostels for Students?*
Yes, the programmes are fully residential in accredited facilities with appointed security personnel and facility managers under the supervision of the school management. No hassling in finding one!

Following the recent release of SSCE results, we are pleased to announce an extension of deadline to submit applications for our various programmes at OAUCDL 🥰

Fresh applicants can register via:

However, *examination and resumption dates* for Pre-degree and JUPEB A/Level programmes *remain unchanged* as follows:
1. Resit entrance examination: 25 August
2. New entrance examination: 8 September
3. JUPEB A/Level candidates' screening and *resumption to residence* : 30 September 2026
3. Pre-degree: 29 October 2026
4. ODL degree lectures resume online: October/November 2026

EXPLORING OAUCDL APPLICATION PORTAL

*Step 1: Create Your Application Account*
a. Visit: reg.oaucdl.edu.ng/Openings/ go to the desired programme.
b. Click " *View Programme,* " then, click “Apply Now” on your desired programme. To know more about it click "Learn More."
c. Complete the account creation form.
d. Check your email inbox and click the email verification link.
e. Return to reg.oaucdl.edu.ng and login using your email and password.

*Step 2: Make Payment for the Application*
a. Select the programme you wish to apply for.
b. Click "Pay with Paystack".
c. Complete your payment process.
d. Upon successful payment, your application form will unlock and open automatically.

*Step 3: Fill and Submit the Form*
a. Fill in all required information accurately and click Submit.
b. After successful submission ( *For Pre-degree and JUPEB* ), click "View My Application" to access and print your Exam Slip (which includes your exam date and time).
