DAMICO SCHOOL CELEBRATE CULTURAL DAY IN GRAND STYLE.

Our school, DAMICO MONTESSORI INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, celebrated Cultural Day with great excitement on 13th March, 2026.

The event was organized to promote awareness and appreciation of our different cultures. Pupils came to school dressed in beautiful traditional attires representing the three major ethnic groups in Nigeria, namely, Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa.

They performed cultural dances, and songs which made the celebration lively and enjoyable. There were also displays of cultural items.

The event helped pupils learn about unity, respect for different cultures, and the importance of preserving our cultural heritage.

The Cultural Day celebration was both educational and entertaining for pupils, teachers, and parents. 🎉

🎊🎊🎊Earlier this morning, we had a fascinating moment to engage our pupils in a Spelling Bee competition organized to enhance their vocabulary, spelling accuracy, and confidence in spoken English. 📗📘📘📚📙

The event was highly engaging and educational, as pupils demonstrated excellent spelling skills, concentration, and sportsmanship.

The competition also encouraged healthy academic rivalry and provided an opportunity for pupils to learn new words in a fun and interactive manner, with a good level of coordination by the teachers.
