Education is not simply about teaching, but about empowering people to take more control of their lives. It is about helping people develop confidence and skills.
At TLC, we aim to provide a stimulating and supportive learning environment that is student-centered. This is because teaching takes a certain mindset.
We really have to enjoy the work and be prepared to take positive initiatives and come up with our own original work. We have to improve on our ability for problem-solving and create greater possibilities for new ideas.
