1. Constant Stimulation Weakens Focus
When children always have:
Screens
Fast cartoons
Games and phones
Their brains get used to fast rewards and struggle with:
Reading
Listening
Sitting still
Concentrating in class
Removing constant stimulation may cause boredom at first but this is the reset stage.
2. Boredom Trains the Brain to Self-Entertain
When a child is not constantly entertained:
The brain starts looking for something meaningful to do
The child begins to imagine, think, and explore
This builds attention span and problem-solving skills.
