On behalf of the African Policy and Research Consortium (APRC), I extend our warmest congratulations and profound appreciation to Professor Steve Azaiki, OON, PhD, DSc, on his inauguration as Pro Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council of Ritman University, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
