I want to start by expressing my heartfelt gratitude to God Almighty, the divine creator and sustainer of all things. Your guidance, wisdom, and strength have been my rock throughout my tenure as president of NAIKAS Worldwide. Your grace and mercy have seen me through the highs and lows, and Your love has been my anchor in the storm. I thank you for the privilege of serving You and our great association, and I pray that You will continue to guide and direct us as we move forward. May Your name be forever praised and glorified, and may Your blessings continue to shine upon us all.

As I address you today, I am overwhelmed with gratitude and a profound sense of achievement. I wish to express my sincere appreciation to the entire Ikot Abasi students community for the consistent support and trust extended to me during my term as the global president of the National Association of Ikot Abasi Students (NAIKAS) Worldwide.

The encouragement, trust, and unity displayed by you have been pivotal to my success, and I am privileged to have served this esteemed association. I take pride in our collective accomplishments and remain confident that the groundwork we have established will continue to propel our association forward.

Her wisdom and encouragement have been a source of strength for me, and I am forever grateful. I also extend my gratitude to all members of my family, who have supported me every step of the way. Your love and encouragement have meant the world to me, and I thank you for your unwavering support.

Furthermore, I would like to express my gratitude to Rt. Hon. Barr. Godwin Udonta, the Grand Patron of NAIKAS Worldwide, for his endorsement and support for a peaceful transition of leadership. His leadership and sagacity have served as a source of hope for our association, and I am thankful for his guidance throughout my tenure.

I extend my apologies for any inadvertent harm caused while striving for the betterment of our Association. It is often said that to err is human, and to forgive is divine. I hope for your gracious forgiveness for any errors and look forward to moving forward together, unified in our pursuit of excellence.

As I conclude my term, I wish to acknowledge the contributions of each one of you. Your commitment, diligence, and devotion to our shared values have fortified our association and made it more resilient. I am grateful for the opportunity to have collaborated with such a skilled and dedicated team.

As we progress, I implore you to continue upholding the values of unity, excellence, and service that have defined our association. Let us persist in supporting one another, endeavoring for greatness, and making a positive impact in our communities.

I charge you all to extend the same support and solidarity that you gave to my administration to the incoming administration led by Comr. Anieokpon Isa. Let us work together to ensure a smooth transition and to support his vision for our association. With your continued support and cooperation, I do not doubt that NAIKAS will continue to thrive and excel under his leadership.

Once more, thank you for granting me the privilege to serve as your president. It has been an honor and a privilege to lead this esteemed association. I extend my best wishes for the future and do not doubt that NAIKAS will continue to thrive and excel under the leadership of my successor. Congratulations to Comr. *RE: ELECTORAL BOARD FORMATION*

As a constitutional procedure to install members of the Executive Council of the apex student body, following the expiration of the tenure, the NAIKAS Worldwide at the general congress presided over by the NAIKAS Worldwide President, Comr. Celestine Udoette Akpanmbai has inaugurated a 5 man electoral umpire known as the Independent NAIKAS Electoral Committee (INEC) to conduct an election.

We express appreciation to the Chairman of Ikot Abasi L. G. A. Transition Committee, Hon. Barr Godwin Udonta, the
Member Representing Ikot Abasi/Mkpat Enin/Eastern Obolo Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. Uduak Odudoh and many other leaders of the Local Government Area. The committee shall complete its assignment within a maximum period of one month.

The names of the INEC members include the following:
