KKIC Empowers Two Outstanding Students
The Chief Learning Officer (CLO) of Kith and Kin Educational Schools, Chief Kaoli Olusanya, has empowered two students of Kith and Kin International College (KKIC).
According to the CLO, the empowerment was motivated by the exceptional performances of the students during the last Vocational, Technical and Entrepreneurial Skills (VTE) Acquisition Programme.
One of the beneficiaries, Timilehin Ayeni, was presented with a brand new saxophone to further upgrade his musical skills.
“Timilehin is a versatile young boy who displays exceptional talent in music, the playing of musical instruments, and the presentation of a Yoruba radio programme,” the CLO said.
He added that the violin is intended to further equip the student for future engagements and outstanding performances within and outside the country.
“Our goal as a school is to promote Timilehin to a greater level,” he stated.
The second student, Tomilayo Alamu, was empowered with the sum of ₦150,000. Tomilayo had produced an exceptional artwork during the last VTE programme, which was initially sold for ₦110,000. Impressed by the quality of the work, the CLO decided to purchase the artwork for ₦150,000.
“We have to encourage Tomilayo and other aspiring students. That is why we are doing this,” the CLO said.
He also encouraged other students in the school to acquire more skills, irrespective of their field of study.

*KKNPS Professional/ Career Day, 2021*
KKNPS held her Professional/career Day today, Friday 25th June, 2021.
It's not too early to let our children understand the rudiments of their favourite profession. Aside from teaching them in the school about their favourite profession, KKNPS has moved a step further to invite some experts in various professions to explain in practical terms what the pupils need to know about their chosen career.
Among the professionals that graced this year's Career/Professional day were:
Officers of the Nigerian Police Force.
Barister Bolanle Adeboye, a legal practitioner.
Mr. Olusegun Ishola, a chartered accountant.
And nurse Ngozi Igwe, who represented health workers.
The children learnt a lot from the invited guests. It was educative as well as fun.
Enjoy some pictures and videos taken at the event.
